Building Green Futures — Compass Offices Highlights Sustainable Workspace Design
On September 4, 2025, Compass Offices proudly joined the Sustainable Tour organized by the Quezon City Local Government Unit (LGU) and hosted by Arthaland at the Arthaland Century Pacific Tower (ACPT) in Bonifacio Global City. The initiative gathered government officials, sustainability advocates, and industry leaders to explore practical strategies for building greener, smarter, and more resilient cities.
The tour highlighted how the newly passed Quezon City Green Building Code of 2025 can be applied in real-world settings. During the program, QC delegates engaged in discussions on green building tools and strategies designed to streamline processes, strengthen compliance monitoring, and accelerate code implementation.
As part of the visit, participants toured Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, the world’s first EDGE Zero Carbon-certified building, to see its groundbreaking green features in action. The journey continued into Compass Offices, where our center was showcased as a demonstration site for wellness-driven, energy-efficient workspace design.
Delegates experienced first-hand the building’s sustainable features, including daylight sensors, occupancy sensors, and an Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) system, all seamlessly integrated within Compass Offices’ work environment. These innovations are central to our mission of creating modern, flexible offices that balance productivity, wellness, and environmental responsibility.
For Compass Offices, being part of the Sustainable Tour underscored our role as more than just a workspace provider—we are an active partner in shaping a future where businesses thrive in harmony with the environment.
