Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is a key player in executing marketing strategies and supporting brand growth across multiple channels within the Asia-Pacific region.

Reporting To: Marketing Manager & Content Design Manager

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate engaging social media content and manage accounts across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Xiaohongshu (XHS), and TikTok, ensuring all messaging reflects Compass Offices’ professional, customer-focused brand identity.
  • Develop and execute email marketing (EDM) campaigns to support customer acquisition and retention efforts, aligning with our commitment to delivering flexible workspace solutions and exceptional service.
  • Maintain and update company website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency with Compass Offices’ values of innovation, community, and professionalism.
  • Identify and build relationships with online real estate agencies; manage office listings on online portals.
  • Track, analyze and prepare reports on marketing campaign performance; provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Organize and host in-office client events to drive engagement and loyalty; maintain an accurate event calendar.
  • Coordinate with SEO/SEM agencies to ensure campaigns are on schedule and aligned with objectives.
  • Prepare sales proposals and promotional materials for Sales teams across APAC.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing efforts and support marketing team on ad hoc projects and initiatives.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing or a similar role.
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Additional APAC languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with online marketing tools & platforms such as WordPress and Mailchimp.
  • Basic understanding of AI tools, including generative AI and prompt writing.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate success in team-oriented work environments.
