The “Compass Offices WTC annex” officially opened in April 2025, and “ouno Yaesu × Compass Offices” is scheduled to open in Autumn 2025 — marking significant expansion in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

Located in the Hamamatsucho–Daimon business district, Compass Offices WTC annex is a collaborative project with World Trade Center Building Co., Ltd. (President: Chikao Miyazaki, Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo). Designed as a premium flexible office, the space caters to diverse workstyles and supports business growth through cutting-edge infrastructure.
Spanning the 11th and 12th floors with a total area of 1,880 sqm (approx. 560 tsubo), the centre features:

ouno Yaesu × Compass Offices (Scheduled to Open in Autumn 2025)
Set to open within Yaesu Daibiru — a building slated for completion in June 2025 near Tokyo Station — this new centre is a co-development with Daibiru Corporation (President: Taku Maruyama, Headquarters: Osaka). “ouno” is Daibiru’s flexible workspace brand, founded on the concept of delivering “premium space for every individual.” With refined design and high-quality service, it supports evolving workstyles with an emphasis on elegance and functionality.
This upcoming flagship location will offer:
