Grand Opening: Museum Tower Kyobashi | Compass Offices
～Featuring a Shared Lounge with a Unique Art Installation that Embodies the Building’s ‘WORK with ART’ Concept～
Compass Offices Japan Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Kazuya Morikawa; Headquarters: Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo) is pleased to announce the opening of a new flexible workspace and serviced office at Museum Tower Kyobashi (1-7-2 Kyobashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) in 1st October 2026.
Located in the Kyobashi district near Tokyo Station, Museum Tower Kyobashi is a premium mixed-use development that combines high-grade office space with the renowned Artizon Museum. The building is guided by the concept of “WORK with ART”, supporting the creativity of business professionals and organizations through art that stimulates all five senses and inspires new perspectives.
As part of this vision, the first-floor office entrance showcases “WINDOWS”, the first public artwork created by the internationally acclaimed artist collective Dumb Type. Designed around the theme of “Liberation of Vision,” the installation reflects the building’s commitment to fostering creativity through meaningful encounters with art.
Inspired by the building’s WORK with ART initiative, the shared lounge at the new Compass Offices location will feature a one-of-a-kind artistic installation themed around the ever-changing expressions of nature through light, water, and sound. Through a workplace where daily encounters with art spark fresh ideas and meaningful communication, Compass Offices aims to create a rich and inspiring environment that delivers exceptional experiences and new value to every business professional.

■ About WORK with ART
Rather than viewing art simply as something to be observed, WORK with ART embraces art as an experience that stimulates the five senses, creating environments that encourage more creative ways of working.
The initiative aims to gradually transform the building into a place that enhances the creativity of both organizations and business professionals, while presenting a vision for the future of office buildings.
“When you work in this building, your horizons expand, your perspective changes, and your thinking becomes more dynamic.”
Through exploring the relationship between WORK and ART, the project seeks to inspire new ideas, encourage creative working styles, and introduce experiences and environments that help unlock greater creativity among business professionals
