Moon Viewing Together: Celebrating Tsukimi Across Compass Offices Japan
Compass Offices Japan recently hosted Tsukimi (moon-viewing) celebrations across five centres in Tokyo and Osaka, bringing together more than 200 tenants for seasonal treats and community connection.
Tsukimi is the Japanese tradition of admiring the full moon on Jugoya, the fifteenth night of the eighth lunar month – the same night celebrated as the Mid-Autumn Festival in Hong Kong and across Asia. The events provided an opportunity for our clients to pause from their busy workdays and enjoy the spirit of the season with fellow members of the Compass Offices community.

Each centre prepared its own selection of seasonal treats, from tsukimi dango to moon-inspired Japanese and Western sweets, with tea served at some locations. The events created a warm and welcoming atmosphere across our centres, encouraging meaningful conversations and new connections among tenants.
One of the highlights of the celebrations was seeing so many members of our community come together to enjoy the festivities. The positive response reflected the strong sense of connection that continues to grow within Compass Offices, where the workplace extends beyond business to become a hub for collaboration, networking, and shared experiences.

At Compass Offices, we believe that creating opportunities for people to connect is just as important as providing flexible and professional workspaces. Through seasonal events such as Tsukimi, we aim to foster a vibrant community where businesses and individuals can build meaningful relationships.
We would like to thank all our tenants who joined the celebrations and helped make the events such a success. This year’s Tsukimi celebration was a memorable occasion for the entire Compass Offices Japan community.
We look forward to welcoming our tenants to many more community events in the months ahead and continuing to create exceptional workplace experiences across Japan.
