The Service Support HUB Executive is responsible for providing account support service to client service team. He / She require to understand the full operations of Compass Offices operations, provide high standard and proficiency administrative / account support to service team which not limited to client deposit refund, account renewal, monthly billing and debt management, etc.  
Candidates need monitor client account day to day. Maintain corrective information in company system.  He/She must a detail oriented with good communication skills; and be very flexible on work.  

  • Handle general office administration duties including stationery ordering, data entry and update monthly administration report 
  • Good communication skills with excellent service attitude
  • Responsible for month-end invoice in "error-free" and on-timely delivery 
  • Review and approve client deposit refund request 
  • Review and approve centre purchasing order request 
  • Responsible for account management both account renewal and debt management on needed actions
  • Prepare ad hoc report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information to management 
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as designated by department head

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Administration and accounting skills and experience preferred 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows ; ERP / accounting system experience is preferable
  • Initiative, pleasant, hard working with strong sense of responsibility
  • Trustworthy, discreet in handling confidential information
  • Fluent Cantonese and Business English
