The Service Support HUB Executive is responsible for providing account support service to client service team. He / She require to understand the full operations of Compass Offices operations, provide high standard and proficiency administrative / account support to service team which not limited to client deposit refund, account renewal, monthly billing and debt management, etc.
Candidates need monitor client account day to day. Maintain corrective information in company system. He/She must a detail oriented with good communication skills; and be very flexible on work.
