The Sales Team Leader/Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business revenue within a geographically defined territory. The Sales Team Leader/Senior Business Development Manager generates revenue through proactive lead generation and reactive selling. Sales Team Leader/Senior Business Development Manager must meet or exceed the sales targets/metrics, such as revenue targets, deal volumes, conversion ratios and calls/visits. Sales are made by handling leads and converting prospects into customers and managing a sales pipeline.

  • Build overarching business strategy, maintain sales pipeline and forecast strategic revenue.
  • Assess and validate prospect and customers’ needs on ongoing basis.
  • Identify and build sustainable and strategic relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Develop and acquire a portfolio of new accounts; expand existing business. 
  • Lead and manage sales team to deliver on strategy and targets, managing the team pipeline and reporting.
  • Participate in training and development of his/her sales team, including: identifying training/coaching needs, delivering training where needed and actively contributing to training content. 

  • At least 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years of leading/managing a team.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, presentation and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to excel under pressure.
  • Interest or experience in a high growth company.
  • Ability to speak local language and English.
