Compass Connect Night Brings Community Together at INOGATE Osaka

On May 20, Compass Offices hosted Compass Connect Night at the INOGATE Osaka 10F Lounge, welcoming our internal clients for an evening dedicated to meaningful connection and community building.

The event was designed to bring together individuals who may not often have the opportunity to interact, creating a relaxed and approachable environment where conversations could unfold naturally.

To help spark discussions, we introduced a simple conversation activity using dice at each table. Participants rolled the dice to select a topic and used it as a starting point to share their ideas, experiences, and perspectives in a relaxed and engaging way.

Throughout the evening, lively conversations and laughter filled the lounge, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As the conversations unfolded naturally, new connections began to form among participants.

Compass Connect Night provided a valuable networking opportunity, helping to strengthen relationships within the Compass community and highlighting the importance of creating spaces where people can connect with ease.
