The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full cycle of recruitment working with stakeholders and vendors across assigned business areas across the globe and support the Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) in implementing TA and HR projects and conduct market research/statistic.

  • Work with department heads, hiring managers and external service providers and manage the end-to-end recruitment process in accordance with the internal processes and agreed timelines
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, consult them on recruitment strategies and provide professional support throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare job advertisements and place them on selected job boards
  • Proactive candidate search via various channels (social media, job board CV search, referrals and market research)
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, coordinate assessment and interviews with the hiring managers, negotiate and extend offer to candidates
  • Conduct market/candidate research and create statistics/reports
  • Support the Head of Talent Acquisition in implementing TA and HR projects

  • Bachelor Degree holder, major in Human Resources Management preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Recruitment (experience working with recruitment agencies is essential)
  • Capable in delivering a full end-to-end cycle of recruitment independently
  • Ability working in culturally diverse environment
  • Prior experience in regional recruitment is a definite plus
  • Good command of written and spoken in both English and Chinese
  • Pro-active, attentive to details, result oriented, high energy, good team player and strong passion in talent acquisition
