We are looking for a professional with solid experience in installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults alongside with the ability to problem solve general technical issues.

  • Provide local assistance and support
  • Ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience through providing a single point-of-contact,
  • Pre-/post-sales requirement identification and technical support
  • Log and keep records of clients’ and employees’ queries, while analyzing these logs to spot common trends and underlying problems
  • Act as single point of contact for calls and emails for all IT related issues and concerns
  • Log and update ticketing system based on category and priority
  • Ensure response and resolution times are met as defined in SLA
  • Liaise with external parties to provide the full end user solution to our clients
  • Assist and provide remote & onsite support alongside troubleshooting
  • Work within a team to self-manage/schedule appointments and jobs based on client requirements
  • Work alongside other teams within Encore IT to improve internal systems and infrastructure
  • Identify client requirements and design final solution alongside pricing when needed

  • Information Technology or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Desk Side & troubleshooting (user & client facing)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English
  • Strong customer service skills to provide excellent service and IT knowledge to clients
  • Enthusiastic in learning new knowledge and willing to grow
  • Good team working skills
  • Knowledgeable in Phone System is an advantage
  • Must have knowledge on the following:
    • Windows 10 or higher
    • MS Office including Outlook & Office 365
    • Basic networking
