The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for the qualification of incoming leads from marketing and broker sources as well as outbound calls to prospects. The Inside Sales Manager will book tours for the sales team for office opportunities and will handle and convert virtual office and meeting room opportunities personally. In this role speed is of the essence to beat the competition and win the client. The Manager is rewarded with base salary plus an attractive commission scheme.

  • Handle all incoming enquiry types from marketing channels including email, livechat and hotline calls for the assigned territory within defined conversion targets to opportunity, tour or deal.
  • Convert office enquiries to opportunity and booked tours, allocated to the client's territory of interest and to the specific location or centres as per the allocation instruction.
  • Close conference and meeting rooms and Virtual Office enquiries or, on client request, book a tour of the facility
  • Pro-actively generate leads by outbound calling to existing and prospective customers
  • Familiar with all our products and respond promptly to our clients regarding to any product or service information
  • Manage sales and marketing data in the CRM system to ensure proper process is followed and data quality is maintained
  • Support the marketing team, on request, from time to time in managing and maintaining online advertising on relevant sites. Provide feedback on marketing campaigns to help improve performance.
  • Follow standard operating procedure and ensure that the highest level of quality, efficiency and integrity is maintained at every step of the inside sales process
  • Collaborate with the field sales, Customer Service Teams to ensure the best customer experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, sales, telesales or marketing field
  • Prior experience in serviced office/business centre, customer service, telesales or B2B sales is advantage
  • Excellent telephone selling skills
  • Familiar with standard computer applications MS Office and CRM systems
  • Quick thinker and an excellent objection handler
  • Self motivated, outgoing, result driven, high ambitions, energetic
  • Able to communicate effectively and clearly in English and local language, both spoken and written
