As an HR Executive, APAC, you will assist in handling full spectrum of HR activities for internal and external clients regionally.

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions for internal and external clients in the Region
  • Support and administer compensation & benefits activities including payroll, MPF, leave management and insurance administration
  • Maintain and update accurate HR database and personnel files
  • Prepare regular HR reports
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as required

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related Ordinances
  • A positive team player, attention to details, organized, able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS System
  • Prior exposure in regional HR or payroll agency is preferred but not essential, full training will be provided
  • Immediate availability is preferred
