As the Head of Sales, you will pay a pivotal role in growing the business and promoting Compass Offices product and services offering in the market. By managing a team of sales professionals and well as being an individual contributor towards new business, you will drive sales and lead from the front in developing and growing our client base. While primarily focused on a defined territory the Head of Sales is also responsible for securing business and selling the entire product line across the network.

  • Drives new business revenue by effectively and consistently ensuring the sale of all products and services at competitive prices while maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Develops a high level of territory knowledge within all the following areas: competition, industry segments, market segments, target companies.
  • Provides training, supervision and development of sales team members.
  • Works closely with marketing, identifying opportunities and evaluating activities.
  • Identify and build sustainable and strategic relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Develop and acquire a portfolio of new accounts; expand existing business.

  • At least 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in the Serviced Office provider or hospitality industry
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, presentation and communication skills.
  • Experienced in budget management, cost control and reporting
  • Ability to speak local language and English
