Your activities:
• Welcome all clients and guests and be a great first impression
• Maintain optimal client relations, manage clients’ check-in and check-out, ad hoc requests and reservations
• Providing services and support in accordance with clients’ preferences
• Ensure that all customer contact is handled politely and efficiently and accurately meets the needs
• Inspect the front and back areas and make sure all is always impeccable
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Management from time to time.
What you bring:
• Prior experience in customer service and hospitality is a plus
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• An outgoing personality, strong communication skills and great team player
• A proactive, dynamic and enthusiastic attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop
