The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the management and execution of our online marketing initiatives. This includes overseeing SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization), maintaining online platforms, coordinating email marketing campaigns (EDMs), managing social media postings, sourcing, managing, and updating online referral platforms, and developing and managing both individual campaigns and overarching marketing plans. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEM & SEO Management

  • Work closely with external vendors in developing and executing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Oversee paid search (SEM) campaigns, including setting budgets and monitoring performance ensuring conversions are optimized.
  • Regularly track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaign performance.
  • Lead, manage and evaluate vendors’ performance.

 

2. Online Platforms Management

  • Maintain and update website content to reflect current campaigns, brand messaging, and product offerings.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure website and platform content aligns with business goals.

 

3. Email Marketing (EDMs)

  • Develop, and execute email marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Manage the email database, ensuring segmentation and targeting strategies are optimized.
  • Track, analyze, and report on email campaign performance, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

 

4. Social Media and Platform Management

  • Develop and implement a content calendar across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to engage audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media trends and audience engagement metrics, adjusting strategies to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually compelling and engaging content.

 

5. Performance Tracking and Analytics

  • Track the performance of content across channels using analytics tools, identifying insights to refine future content.
  • Regularly report on content metrics and campaign effectiveness to inform data-driven improvements.

 

6. Campaign Development and Management

  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through to execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and messaging.
  • Set clear KPIs for each campaign and regularly analyze results to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals.

 

7. Referral Platform Management

  • Source, manage, and maintain online referral platforms to maximize visibility and lead generation.
  • Regularly update and optimize referral profiles to ensure they accurately reflect the brand and are consistent with current campaigns and messaging.
  • Track and analyze referral platform performance, adjusting strategies to increase engagement and conversions.

 

8. Marketing Plans & Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that support business objectives.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline marketing processes and optimize efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our marketing efforts competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SEM/SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Experience with online referral platforms and lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills, highly organized and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
  • Ability to write in Chinese or Japanese is an advantage.
