The Content Design Manager will be responsible for producing high-quality, brand-aligned content and managing our overall brand identity. This role combines strategic thinking with creative execution, focusing on building our brand narrative, developing visually compelling assets, and driving engagement across social media, website, and other digital channels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation

  • Create visually engaging content such as graphics, photos, and videos optimized for multiple platforms, including social media, website, blog, and email marketing.
  • Produce a mix of static and dynamic content, such as stories, reels, animations, and long-form videos, tailored to the unique requirements of each platform (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
  • Develop, write, and edit both short and long-form content, including captions, blog posts, articles, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure a cohesive content strategy and consistent brand voice across all channels.

 

2. Brand Management

  • Develop and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring all content aligns with our brand identity, values, and messaging.
  • Monitor and refine brand messaging, making adjustments as needed to resonate with target audiences and reflect current trends.
  • Lead efforts to create and maintain a strong, consistent brand presence across all customer touchpoints.

 

3. Campaign Development and Execution

  • Plan, manage, and execute content-driven campaigns from concept through to completion.
  • Align campaigns with broader marketing objectives and ensure they support key goals, such as brand awareness, lead generation, or customer retention.

 

4. Social Media and Platform Management

  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages to build and nurture a loyal online community.
  • Monitor trends and best practices across digital platforms to continuously improve content strategy and engagement.

 

5. Performance Tracking and Analytics

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep our brand at the forefront of digital content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Multimedia Design or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, brand management, multimedia design or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency with graphic design, video editing, and social media management tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, social media schedulers).
  • Proven ability to create engaging short and long-form content, including written pieces, images, and videos.
  • Excellent storytelling and editing skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience in maintaining and managing brand voice and identity.
  • Strong understanding of social media and content strategies across platforms.
